Work & Method
How we work — and what we can honestly show you today.
This page carries two things only: clearly labelled method demonstrations, and one honestly labelled related project. We publish no client case without authorization.

NexaPeak currently has no client case it is authorized to publish. Rather than assembling something that merely looks like a case study, we say so plainly: every sample on this page is labelled a method demonstration and shows the structure of the work and the shape of the deliverables, not client results. The SAREC website is a related project implemented by NexaPeak, labelled separately, and is not presented as third-party client validation. When we have written client authorization, real cases will be added here with their scope and dates stated.
Method
Five steps, each leaving something you can inspect
Establish the baseline
Fixed questions, fixed surfaces, fixed region and language, with dates and raw evidence recorded. Everything later is judged against this.
Reconcile the facts
Align brand and product facts across your site, the marketplaces and AI answers line by line, producing a correction list you confirm.
Add the content
Buying guides, comparison pages, FAQs or page rework driven by real purchase intent — never one piece split into several to hit a count.
Fix what receives the click
Changes land in the site and the measurement: structured data, page performance, conversion paths, event tracking — each with a change record.
Review
Weekly sampling, monthly roll-up. AI mentions, site visits and attributed orders reported separately, then next month is decided.
Related project
The SAREC website
The SAREC website was implemented by NexaPeak, covering site build, content structure, structured data and crawlability. Because it is a related project rather than an independent third-party client, we label it separately: it is not used as a client testimonial or third-party validation, and its numbers are not presented as typical results for this service.
Shape of the deliverables
The five things you receive each month
These are structural demonstrations of the deliverables, not client data.
Question baseline
Method demoA dated, scoped list of brand and buying questions, with the surface, region, language and raw evidence for every sample.
Data correction list
Method demoProduct facts needing correction, field by field, with source, current value, target value and who confirmed it.
Content assets
Method demoBuying guides, comparison pages, FAQs or page rework — usable as delivered, with a publishing record.
Change log
Method demoEvery website and measurement change recorded: what changed, when, and why.
Monthly report
Method demoAI mentions, site visits and attributed orders in three separate tables — never merged into one “growth” number.
AI mention ≠ product-card display ≠ attributed order ≠ causal incremental sales. These are reported separately.
NP-001 · in-house project
The first case is our own site — and the whole process is on record.
Before · previous live site

After · candidate build (not live)

Left: the previous live www.nexapeak.ai (English only). Right: this round's candidate build rendered locally, not yet live. Same width, same region, directly comparable. This is an in-house project, not a client result, and this page gives no conversion, ranking or sales figures.

Evidence from the build
This is where it started: the mobile page before the rebuild.
This is the mobile page of the previous live site, captured from www.nexapeak.ai and archived as the Before. Every change carries a build record, a test record and screenshots, with images, footage and page version tied together — what was done can be checked, and what was not done is not claimed.
