NexaPeak provides implementation, training and coordination services. Actual scope, quantities, acceptance criteria and payment terms are governed by the signed quote or contract. Prices shown on this website are standard new-client rates, provided for information, and are not an offer or agreed contract terms.

Platform placement, platform and bank approval outcomes, organic AI inclusion and commercial results are not guaranteed. Third-party charges (government fees, registered-agent fees, legal and accounting fees, advertising spend, and similar) are paid by the client directly to the relevant third party and are quoted separately.

Client accounts and the assets agreed between the parties belong to the client. We do not hold accounts on a client’s behalf, receive client funds, or advance advertising spend, and we do not represent ourselves as an official partner of any platform.

When you submit a free brand check request or the contact form, we collect: brand or company name, website URL, the contact details you provide (email, phone or WeChat ID), your name, and any optional selling platforms, revenue band and message you choose to add.

We also record source information: the product or package identifier you clicked through from, the page language, campaign identifiers (utm_source / utm_campaign), and the domain of the referring website. We store only the referring domain, never the full referring URL.

We do not collect identity documents, bank account details or passwords of any kind. Please do not submit these through the form.

This information is used for two things only: delivering the check or consultation you requested, and contacting you about it. We do not sell it, trade it, or use it for anything unrelated to your request.

It is stored in lead records on this website’s server and notified by email to the responsible person. The recipient is the responsible person at NexaPeak AI Growth LLC; the email service provider is Resend.

We send method and insight emails only if you actively tick that box. It is unticked by default, and you can ask us to stop at any time by replying.

Lead records are kept until 24 months after the related enquiry or service relationship ends, then deleted. You can email hello@nexapeak.ai at any time to access, correct or delete your information.

This site currently runs no third-party analytics or behavioural tracking. If that changes we will update this page, and we will still record only necessary events and product identifiers — never free-text form content or contact details.

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled in future, this page will be updated accordingly.

Any sample on this site without written client authorization is labelled a “method demo”. It illustrates the structure of the work and represents no client’s real data or results.

Projects related to NexaPeak are labelled separately as “related project” and are not presented as independent third-party client validation.
